One of the most popular ways of getting the t shirt manufactured is the use of screen printing. The next method is digital printing, which is a resent technology and offers the ability to print on demand, which can’t be done using the screen-printing method. When using this technology the shirt is stretched across a frame and a set of ink jet heads prints directly onto the t-shirt, the same as a printer head would do.

The final method used is called heat transfer printing, which as the name suggests involves an image printed onto transfer paper, which is then in turn placed onto a press which is heated and pressed against the t shirt being printed.
